Business Address for Mail service	A physical location to use for contact information and letters, packages, etc., that are sent or delivered by means of the United States Postal System.
Courier Package receipt	A staffed location to receive your Federal Express, UPS, etc. envelopes and packages. Weight and size restrictions apply.
Mail Pickup or Forwarding	Collect your mail in person by arrangement or have it sent to you on a set schedule for an additional charge.
Business Licensing	Use of the address for local business licensing requirements, if/where permitted by local licensing authorities.
Assigned Private Telephone Number	Local Number that is uniquely yours while employing our services.
Direct Call Connection (DCC)	Automated call attendant allows your calls directly routed to your specified number.
Fax Number with Forwarding to Email	Use of a local number for facsimiles and receive them via email in PDF format. Included in the Professional with Live Answering. Optional add-on $10/month for other packages
Calls answered by automated system; up to 3 extensions	Auto-attendant answering of calls in your company’s name with up to 3 dialing options for callers; all options directed to tantamount voicemail box or external client number . Long distance charges apply.

Long-distance calls and faxes are charged to client and billed on monthly invoice. Calls can be forwarded to up to 2 telephone numbers designated by Client.
Text Message Notification to Cell Phone	Receive your messages taken live by receptionist and sent by text to your mobile phone.
Find-Me / Follow-Me	Advanced call forwarding, allowing you to not miss that important call.
Music on Hold	Callers hear music when on hold or while waiting to connect.
Additional Voicemail Box	All packages include 1 voicemail box, and up to 3 dialing extensions. Add a second voicemail to your account and additional 3 dialing extensions.
Listing Service	Optional service to have your assigned phone number and business address listed with the local 411. There is a one-time setup fee and monthly listing charges (location dependent).
